How to Arrange a Return Pickup

Ans. To arrange a return, follow these steps:

  2. Select the item you wish to return.

  3. Click “Return”.

  4. Select the reason for return.

  5. Confirm the address for pickup.

  6. Submit your request.

Once your request is submitted, we will arrange the return pickup and provide the estimated pickup date.

Changing the Pickup Address

Ans. You can change the pickup address to any serviceable pincode, even if it’s different from your delivery address.

Pickup Charges

Not Received Product but Got Delivery Confirmation

Ans. If you’ve received a delivery confirmation via email or SMS but have not received your product, contact our customer care within 7 days of the delivery confirmation to investigate and resolve the issue.

No Pickup Confirmation or Pickup Showing as Canceled
